With a background in crisis services and mental health care, I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and Intimate Partner Violence. I provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where clients can explore their experiences, build emotional regulation skills and work toward healing and resilience.
