I am a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) and have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy under the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). As an OT, I have a special interest and expertise in targeted functional intervention to improve my client's engagement in meaningful daily activities, from self-care and routine management to complex social or return-to-work goals. To maximize effectiveness and accessibility, I offer specialized support directly in your home and community settings to allow for targeted practice and implementation of strategies.
