Reaching out for help takes courage and finding the right therapist can be daunting. As a highly empathetic and collaborative therapist, I understand the importance of a good fit and treat each client as a unique individual and expert on their own life. I trust that, with support, you can feel empowered enough to tackle your challenge, whether that be managing an overwhelming situation or symptoms of anxiety or depression, clearing unwanted patterns, resolving past issues, or perhaps finding a deeper sense of life purpose.
