Hello, My name is Paula and if you’ve made it this far clicking through profiles and taking the first step, it already shows incredible strength, courage, and motivation to move forward. The hardest part is often just showing up, and you've done that. My mission is to meet you exactly where you’re at right now. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to serve as a supportive guide to help you discover the change you want for yourself. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice and goals lead the way. Together, we will collaboratively define your therapeutic goals and move toward achieving them.
