I work with adults who are struggling internally but still functioning in their day-to-day lives. They may be dealing with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or significant life transitions, and often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Many are thoughtful and self-aware, yet find themselves repeating the same patterns despite insight. I help clients understand the processes of maintaining these patterns—across thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—and work with them to create meaningful, lasting change through a structured, intentional approach.
