Emotional healing is critical to our health and resiliency. I serve as a guide for clients on a sometimes treacherous, sometimes smooth, and ultimately rewarding journey. We work together, incorporating a variety of approaches to create a path for an individual to move forward and live a fulfilling life, through any changes and/or transitions. For older adults and their families, therapy can be life-changing for the entire family, resulting in resolution of issues that may change the aging, dying, grieving and healing process for all involved.
