I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship issues. I've been working as a therapist since 2012. I started my clinical career with the Department of Veteran Affairs and continued to work with veterans and their families since then. In the simplest of terms, clients usually seek therapy because they want things to be different and have struggled to figure it out on their own. I also have about 9 years of couples therapy under my belt. I primarily use EFT for couples, which helps the couple identify and change their conflict cycle and develop healthier relationship habits.
