I am a neurodivergent counsellor and the parent of two young autistic adults. I support neurodivergent individuals & their loved ones who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Many of my clients are stressed parents feeling alone in supporting their child, neurodivergent students struggling to keep up with school demands, or professional women trying to navigate a world that often feels built for neurotypical people. I create a safe, trauma-informed space where individuals and families can explore challenges without judgment.
