I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist whose approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, direct, and warm. I strive to create a space you can better understand yourself, your emotions, your interpersonal relationships and, consequently, live a more fulfilling life. I work with adults who are experiencing emotional distress (such as anxiety and depression), grief and loss, relationship issues, or going through life changes (e.g., dislocation, career decisions, starting college). I have interest and experience with identity-based work (e.g., sexual orientation) and parenting.
