Good to meet you here! My name is Patty Abrantes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to begin your journey to healing and self-determination. I plan to collaborate with you, hear you out, and create a safe space for you to share openly during these sessions. In here, you may expect a space of further self-awareness, introspection, exploration, and mindfulness-building processes that potentially assist with your healing journey. I don't sugar-coat, and will work on Solution-Focused approaches that are realistic and align with your goals and resources.
