How many times have you caught yourself thinking, “Seriously, what is going on with my life?” Maybe you’re feeling the weight of juggling work, strained relationships, and the constant pressure to keep it all together—while barely managing to stay afloat. If you’re a parent, you might be determined to do better for your kids, but sometimes, it feels like the old cycles are creeping back in. It's exhausting and can feel like nothing really sticks, no matter what you try. I don’t believe in quick fixes or easy answers, because, let’s be honest, they don’t work in the long run!
