I see my role as a person who accompanies persons along life's journey in a non-judgmental, supportive manner. My main focus is helping clients come into an authentic relationship with themselves, others and the world around them. Existential Therapy ( University of Vienna) and Narrative Therapy along with DBT skills are provided for clients to take the time to stop, understand themselves, find their authentic self and gain the courage and momentum to move forward in life as they choose, on their path, in the manner they wish. I look for the deeper issues that are affecting our lives.
