I know people often come to therapy after trying to hold everything together for far too long. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, frustrated in your relationships, or exhausted from coping the best way you know how. Therapy with me is not about judgment or surface-level conversations. It is about understanding the deeper patterns underneath what you’re struggling with and helping you move toward real change. I have many years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflict, concurrent disorders, substance use, ADHD and trauma.
