One of the most meaningful aspects of therapy is the opportunity it gives a person to discover their inner self and reconnect with their inner voice. I understand how critical the relationship between a client and therapist is in helping someone feel whole again, to feel known, understood, seen, cared for, and to gain clarity during moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Having someone meet you in a safe space with warmth, compassion, and without judgment can create the foundation needed to navigate pain, confusion, worry, dysregulation, loneliness, and the deeper thoughts and feelings that are often hard to face alone.
