I support adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, or the unique pressures that can come with military, first responder, or helping roles. They often come to therapy wanting relief, clarity, and practical tools. I help clients move forward by creating a safe, collaborative space where they can better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
