Welcome! I enjoy walking with adults, adolescents, and children on their healing journeys. I always approach therapy from a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective. Whether you are looking for help with anxiety, strategies for managing emotions, or need support as you begin working through past traumas, I can provide a nonjudgmental, welcoming environment to do so in.
