Accepting New Clients! I am a qualifying registered psychotherapist under the direct supervision of Aline Maia (RP). I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, and complex family relationships. Many of my clients deeply love their parents or family members while struggling with dynamics that feel painful, complicated, or emotionally draining. Together, we explore grief around unmet needs, healthy boundaries, and what kind of relationship feels sustainable and authentic for you. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self.
