Hi, my name is Ofelia Oundjian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, and relationships. My path into therapy began with a genuine curiosity about people and the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, connect, and cope. I’ve always valued creating space for others to feel safe enough to be vulnerable, understood, and accepted without judgment. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a passion for helping people better understand themselves and the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck.
