When our relationships experience stress, we feel disconnected, misunderstood, alone, fearful and in pain. Emotional pain, stress, shame, anxiety, anger, trauma and sadness impact all of us. I have come to deeply understand this throughout my 30+ year career listening to and empowering individuals, couples, parents and families in their healing, as well as, via my own personal journey in a life full of loves and losses.
