Starting therapy is a courageous step for both adults and teens. I provide a supportive space for adults facing life transitions including grief, depression, relationships, career, parenting, trauma, addiction, and more. I work with helping adolescents with academic struggles, parental conflict, depression, anxiety, substance use, and social challenges. I offer affirming care to those who identify as LGBTQ+ where you can explore your issues in a safe environment. My goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, and lasting well-being.
