I support adults across Alberta & Ontario who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, burnout, attachment wounds, grief & loss, addiction, life transitions, and the weight of family or cultural expectations. As a South Asian and Muslim therapist raised in Canada, I understand the nuances that come with balancing multiple identities, navigating cultural and intergenerational expectations & coping with mental health stigma in our community.
