I work with people who want to feel more grounded, understood, and in control of their lives, regardless if they are navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, chronic pain, the effects of ABI/TBI/FND, and women's mental health across the lifespan. My clients typically are looking for relief, clarity, and practical tools that actually help day to day with their challenging situations and symptoms. They want a safe, steady space to make sense of what they’re going through and to build real resilience. Together, we focus on healing, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
