I work with children, adolescents, and adult clients in individual and family therapy.  My sincere desire is to establish a safe place where individuals can learn how to overcome their existing limitations with a positive experience and outlook on therapy and being able to reestablish themselves. It is beneficial to seek therapy because, at the very least, one is able to get out of their own head. Therapy provides a safe space for people to be themselves without judgment and discuss the taboo topics that they not be able to in other environments.
