Sometimes we lack the energy and motivation to move forward in life, engage with others in a meaningful way, and feel joy. The foundation from which we develop shapes our sense of self and prepares us for learning how to participate in the world around us. It is the basis for our self-image, it lays the groundwork for realizing our values, dreams, and aspirations, and influences how we give and receive love. I have experience working with individuals living with mental health conditions and traumas, and I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders.
