Nicole Cowan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting families, perinatal and postpartum mothers, children, victims and survivors of domestic violence, and the elderly in navigating life’s challenges and fostering emotional well-being. Her clinical work focuses on family dynamics, improving communication, parent coaching, end-of-life reflection, elderly care, and personal growth. Nicole is also passionate about empowering women through the perinatal/postpartum journey, providing space to address the emotional adjustments of motherhood, identity shifts, and relationships.
