I get excited about neural plasticity and the opportunity to help people rewire their brains towards health and healing. I believe that trauma can be healed by working with the body to access our 'stuck children" from early life. I also help people recognize how our cultural and societies influences might be making them unhappy. Specifically our poor treatment of the natural world and loss of relationship with nature. I believe a normal response to an unhealthy culture does involve some depression and or anxiety. I help clients to find peace and strength from within despite the external challenges of the world .
