One of my greatest desires is to help clients reach their desired goals and greatest potential. That requires work from both the client and counsellor. I have a client-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, and empowers clients to recognize their strengths. I believe prioritizing mental health fosters personal growth. Following each session I send an email to the client that outlines what we discussed, as well as videos, journal prompts, worksheets, or new skills/exercises that are tailored for each client. As we embark on this journey together, we look toward healing.
