I help support individuals and families find clarity, direction, and reach solutions while decreasing stress. Entering the process of therapy can be daunting and intimidating, but my goal is to make it comfortable for everyone. Creating a strong rapport/ therapeutic alliance is a priority of mine. I engage each client with a warm, empathic, and accepting demeanor, while building rapport and holistically addressing and integrating each aspect of their biological, psychological, and social experiences.
