Welcome to a Biodyne Brief Intermittent Therapy approach to your standard talk therapy! I am a solutions-driven therapist working with individuals seeking answers and support during times of stress. Although I work with efficient and targeted interventions, I have experience with the treatment of mood disorders, neurodivergence, BPD, bipolar, (C)PTSD, marriage counselling and trauma-related relationship concerns. My current focus is on Brief and integrative care, PTSD treatment and helping survivors of narcissistic abuse rediscover themselves.
