I work with individuals and couples who feel caught in repeating patterns or places of stuckness, and want to work with the embodied threads beneath them. These threads may include body sensation, emotion, narrative, relationship, and sense of self. Many clients come in around trauma, relational stress, family patterns, life transitions, or dynamics that insight alone has not shifted. My approach is steady, collaborative, and somatic, informed by my previous 20 years in osteopathic practice and my study of neurobiology, which shape how I attend to the body, regulation, perception, and the organization of experience.
