I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Coachella Valley, and I work with adults and families navigating some of the harder parts of life. I do this work because I have seen firsthand what it looks like when people carry too much for too long, and I know that the right support can genuinely change things. My background includes working with survivors of trauma and domestic violence, adults managing anxiety and depression, and families dealing with coparenting challenges and identity shifts that come with big life transitions.
