Nathania treats a variety of mental heath challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Do you feel tired or numb? Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Maybe you feel the opposite or bounce between them - are you always on edge or have trouble concentrating? Do common, everyday events trigger you? Nathania is a Registered Social Worker with a Masters of Clinical Social Work. She provides specialized treatment for individuals exploring challenges in their professional and personal lives, and is culturally competent in the First Responder and Military communities.
