I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy for young adults/adults navigating trauma, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-pathologizing, drawing from relational frameworks, somatic attachment therapy, DBT, and self-compassion. I mostly work with trans, transgender, queer, neurodivergent, poly, 2SLGBTQ+ folks and couples seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. I focus on helping clients slow down, notice patterns, and develop tools for insight. My work is grounded in a deep belief in people's capacity for change.
