After spending a decade in the business industry, I made a meaningful career change to pursue my passion for psychology. I strive to help my clients create more meaning and satisfaction in their lives while working through some difficult emotions and challenging circumstances. Like the serenity prayer, I view the therapeutic setting as a place to explore acceptance verses change strategies. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as psychodynamic and relational modalities and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each client.
