Instead, you want to feel more emotionally grounded, reduce conflict in your relationships, and rebuild trust, closeness and intimacy with your partner. I work with individual adults and couples who know that something needs to change, they just don't quite know how to make that change happen. I help clients understand possible patterns, the impact on everyday life, and how to make different choices to stop repeating dysfunctional cycles.
