At Highest Wing Counseling Services, I approach every client with compassion, safety, and deep respect for their unique journey. I believe that emotional and behavioral patterns are deeply connected to brain development, and I work with each individual to understand how past experiences may have shaped your emotional responses and coping strategies. Together, we’ll work toward rebuilding a sense of balance, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. I have been a practicing social worker since 2014 and have been working with children, youth and families since 2011. I provide support to adults, children, teens, families and couples.
