I see people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, adjustment to change in their lives, relationship or family conflict, or the residual pain left from difficult childhoods or painful life events. My way of working as a therapist is to get to know you: your hopes, your talents, your problems and your unique way of thinking and expressing yourself. We then proceed with treatment based on who you are and what you need. The aim is to allow coping with your weaknesses to help you uncover your strengths, and your way forward.
