My name is Nancy O'Neil, and I am an LCSW who has been in clinical practice for 25 years and enjoy working together with my clients. My approach is client-centered and work collaboratively to achieve the best results. My areas of focus and expertise are in Substance Use, Addiction, Co-dependency, communication skills, stress reduction, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and most mood disorders. There are several ways to approach clinical work and what I find works best are several modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Trauma-informed Care.
