If you are anxious, depressed or just not satisfied with the direction of your life, a positive hallmark of my practice is the emphasis on empowering individuals to find joy in living. Strong spiritual and compassionate perspectives are the foundation of my approach to therapy. I provide counseling services for individuals, couples/partners, and families with a focus on addiction, grief, relationships, and women's issues. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and confidential environment where my clients will have opportunities to improve their communication skills and develop healthy coping strategies.
