Relationships form the foundation of our lives, and boy can they be challenging. Maybe your relationships - and your life - are being impacted by core beliefs which no longer serve you but are difficult to shake. Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, hurt, anger, regret, sadness, grief, guilt, shame, or unworthiness. Or maybe you have been othered, marginalized, or traumatized. Maybe you are feeling ready to look more closely at what's hard. I am a witness and a co-explorer of what is true for you - and what you want.
