I work with adults who are experiencing difficulties in their thinking, emotions, behaviours, and bodies, using an integrated approach. In my practice, I cultivate a safe and supportive environment permeated with empathy, compassion, curiosity, and non-judgment, among other skills. I collaborate with individuals to support their discovery of new ways of seeing and experiencing life. My work incorporates trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally sensitive approaches.
