I am passionate about helping individuals of every age manage their mental health in ways that are unique to their needs and goals. I use a client-centered approach that empowers the individual to take control of their inner experiences and improve the quality of relationships in a way that is meaningful to them. For 20 years I have been providing therapeutic services to children from birth through adolescence, adults, couples, families, including parent-child psychotherapy and a variety of groups focused on specific mental health issues.
