I’m Naj, a registered clinical social worker with 17 years of experience as a frontline mental health provider in hospital, community, and academic settings. I bring both clinical depth and practical, real-world strategies into our work together. Clients often describe my approach as authentic, non-judgmental, skilled, and emotionally attuned, with a strong focus on meeting them where they are and tailoring support to their needs, pace, and readiness for change.
