I am a Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, parents, and caregivers. People often come to me when life, relationships, parenting, or their child’s emotions or behaviour have started to feel heavier than they want them to be. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and look for what may help things shift. With children, I use play, art, and sandtray to help them express and process experiences. I also meet with caregivers to understand what behaviour may be communicating and to support practical strategies at home.
