Let's work together to be able to build skills that you can take with you outside of session. Navigating the road of understanding childhood trauma, currents events, and interpersonal connections, does not have to be a lonely road. By creating a safe, gentle space, we can begin to emotionally and somatically process the pain you feel. You will take away life long skills for emotional regulation and begin to feel harmony and balance. We take steps, one at a time, to find our way towards healing and success.
