I specialize in working with queer-identifying youth and adults, people navigating suicidal thoughts or self-harm, and those living with the weight of grief or trauma. I’m here to walk alongside you as you process, heal, and grow at your pace with your strengths, interests, and unique story leading the way. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and deeply humanistic. I work from a foundation of respect and curiosity, blending talk therapy with more expressive modalities, such as art and play for all.
