Are your thoughts and emotions overwhelming you? Are your actions or reactions getting you stuck? We all feel the need for change sometimes but it’s so common to end up feeling ineffective and trapped by our efforts to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I understand how difficult it can be to feel confined by troubling feelings, fear, and temptation to cope in problematic ways. I believe talking about struggles in therapy and working toward self-defined goals in a compassionate environment can foster balance, self-acceptance, and empowerment.
