I am a clinical psychologist who works with young children (0-6 years old), school-aged children, adolescents and parents. I provide dyadic parent-child psychotherapy, play therapy with children, talk-therapy with preteens and teens, and parent counselling. With specialized training in working with young children and their parents, I use attachment-focused approaches to help enhance parental functioning, emotional growth, affect regulation, and help nurture, restore, or maintain secure attachments. While rooted in psychodynamic principals, my approach is integrative and individualized to meet the needs of the child or teen.
