I help men and women dealing with life stress, anxiety, grief, past trauma or abuse, and relationship difficulties understand the problems in their life, find ways to move forward and find peace. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with work related stress and trauma, including First Responders, Healthcare Professionals, Entrepreneurs and others. I also have an interest in Faith Integrated therapy, and invite clients to incorporate their faith perspective in the counselling process when desired.
