We are a group of 12 highly experienced social workers who are located in Essex. This allows easy access to therapy for clients who live in the county. We also offer online therapy. Our clients range in age from 4 years old up to older adults. We work with many issues, including anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, ADHD, pre and post partum issues, behavioural challenges, parenting stress, grief, motor vehicle accidents, relationship difficulties, separation, divorce, and much more.
